Getting started is as easy as getting in touch with us. We then chat through your options, confirm pricing for your job in writing, and just ask a few questions to help us to get the ball rolling. From there, it's super straight forward - we'll dive straight into a concept draft for you and before long, we'll have your design finished and ready to go!

We want to get you cracking quickly, but like to make sure things are kept realistic. Every design can be a little bit different, depending alot on how quickly you can get us the feedback and the information we need to progress. With that said, we've always got a few goals in mind:

• Web design timeframes: we aim to create a rough concept of your homepage within 2 weeks. That gives you something to give us feedback on, and we can get it looking how you want really soon after that. As a general rule, you're probably looking at 6-8 weeks for the full design process for a new site, but if you are on a tighter timeline just let us know. Our team can create websites almost as fast as you can provide us content.
• Graphic design timeframes: typically we will get first concepts out to you within 1-2 weeks. Again, we'll go back and forth with you on each subsequent draft, but generally we'll have you all your logo files within a month.

• First up we can just have a no obligations chat so you can get a feel for if you want us to create your design. 
• We'll then make sure you have pricing specific to your job confirmed in writing. Whenever you are ready to go, we just ask you to fill in a little survey that should only take about 5 minutes to complete (and you can skip as many questions as you like in it). 
• Once we have that, we are good to go and will dive straight into designing. We'll get you a concept, and then keep adjusting that concept based on your feedback until you absolutely love it. Sometimes we'll nail it first time, sometimes we'll need to completely redo it - either is fine :). The main thing for us is the end result is something you are super proud of.
• Once you're happy with the design and we've got all your content onto a site, then we'll help put the site live and give you as much or as little access as you'd like to edit it.

Unfortunately, we only do online advertising and search engine optimisation for our website clients. This is for a few reasons, but mainly it's so we can stick to the one website platform we specialise in (which makes us alot more efficient). It also means we can give much better service to our clients. If you've got a specific question about online advertising though, don't hesitate to email or phone through an enquiry - we're always excited to hear from new clients.

For all of our design jobs we usually split the fee half up front, half on completion. This makes sure we both have 'skin in the game' - giving you reassurance we'll hang around to finish the job, and us enough cashflow to get things started.

For all our monthly or yearly plans, you can cancel any time and are only locked in for as long as you've paid for.
